Our bulk projects include City owned properties purchased direct, Bank REO’s as well as properties sold at Auctions depending on capital investment. The option to lend capital at 16.00% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is available with limited risk and maximum success.
Intermediate Real Estate Investor: Minimum commitment: $50,000.00
For the Intermediate Real Estate Investor who has purchased between 10-20 units of Real Estate with an asset base of over $75,000.00, we currently offer City owned properties, Bank REO’s, Auctions and Pre-Foreclosures which are available on a limited basis.
Beginner Real Estate Investor: Minimum commitment: $25,000.00
For the Beginner Real Estate Investor who has purchased between 1-9 units of Real Estate with an asset base of over $50,000.00, we currently offer Pre-Foreclosures which are available on a limited basis. The opportunity to earn commissions while learning more about Pre-Foreclosures is available through our Partner program. Beginners are encouraged to join the NYC Cashflow Community to meet others with similar interests and skill level where resources are pooled to execute more deals faster.
Newbie Real Estate Investor: No capital Investment required
